Description

Our 12” neo-Neapolitan style pizza made ready for your home oven! Made with a pre-ferment and high quality ‘00’ flour that is cold fermented for 72 hours resulting in a fragrant, chewy, flavorful, and easily digestible pizza crust. Topped with our homemade tomato sauce and whole milk low moisture mozzarella.

General Instructions (for more details check out the Instructions page)

  1. Place a sheet pan on middle rack of oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (if your oven does not go up to 500F, preheat to highest available temperature).

  2. When oven comes to temperature, remove pizza from package and place on hot sheet rack (if you don’t have a sheet rack, put pizza directly on oven rack).

  3. Bake for 4 minutes. Check pizza to see if cooked to desired doneness/temp. Bake for another minute or two as needed. Remove sheet pan and pizza from oven.

  4. Remove pizza from sheet pan and let cool for a minute.

  5. (Optional) Add your own flourishes - add basil (not included), add grated pecorino romano (not included) or parmesan reggiano (not included), or whatever else might suit you!

  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
