In order to bake our T&B Detroit-style pies you will need a pan and tool to remove the pizza from the pan. This set includes an 8×10 Detroit-style pan and a 3” x 4” turner (see following for more details). Be sure to take advantage of the “Set” pricing (and introductory sale pricing!).

The Choice 4” x 3” Square Turner with polypropylene handle is the ideal tool when releasing and removing pizzas from the pan. You can of course use this to turn other things, like burgers!
